Data at Rest

Your personal information is stored in encrypted format at rest. We implement additional technical safeguards to protect sensitive information, such as your health and tracking data.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Services or administer activities on our behalf. These include:

  • Supabase - for secure database and authentication services
  • RevenueCat - for managing in-app subscriptions
  • Sentry - for error tracking, performance monitoring and user feedback

These providers have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

14. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems directly through the app by accessing the Account Deletion feature in the Settings tab. This provides you with immediate control over your data without needing to contact support.

Alternatively, if you prefer or are unable to access the app, you can email us at [email protected] with your username or email address associated with your account.

Upon account deletion (whether through the app or by email request), we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal information from our systems within 48 hours. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

You can manage your account directly through the app's Settings tab, including the option to permanently delete your account and all associated data. For additional assistance, you may also email us at [email protected].

Account Deactivation

Account deactivation temporarily hides your personal profile from other users and your content, though it remains on our servers. You can reactivate your account by logging back in. This feature may be available through the app settings or by contacting support.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account using the Account Deletion feature in the app's Settings tab. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our active databases within 48 hours, though some information may remain in our backups for a limited period. Global Compliance Approach

Rather than maintaining different privacy standards for users in different regions, we apply core data protection principles across our entire user base, including:

  • Data minimization - we only collect what's necessary for the app to function
  • Purpose limitation - we only use your data for the purposes outlined in this policy
  • Security - we implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data
  • User control - we provide options to manage, export, and delete your data

These principles align with major privacy frameworks including GDPR (European Union), CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and others.

Special Requests

For data requests that cannot be fulfilled through the app's self-service features, or for privacy questions related to your region's specific regulations, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to legitimate requests in accordance with applicable laws.
